Friday brrrrrrr chilly, nudged by the wife to hit the alarm off button, but but but it's run day 😕 but she who's normally correct was again.... Outside was so frosty, bed was toasty, an hour later, up, fed and dressed (to run) encouraged by the thoughts of a warm house and steaming tea. I definitely had a spring in my step !!!
