That I found tuff, I know I could have carried on a bit longer, but glad to see the back of this session, beginning to see a pattern on my sessions, 1st one usually is great 2nd can be hit and miss, love number 2 W4, 3rd one is always a struggle, all in the mind, Looking forward to week 5, and with the difference with each session hoping the motivation will be the same for each.

Going to try another first Saturday by getting up early and doing a morning run, off to Norfolk in the afternoon and may find a pub to watch the Rugby.

Hi T2runner ....I know what you mean with the runs and I think you’re right maybe you’ve got it into your head that this is going to happen every week? Try get those thoughts out of your head and face each run with a different mindset?

I bet you’ll like your morning run...it’s nice when peoples curtains are still shut and it’s just you and the birds 😊 Good luck with week 5 👍🏼

Well done.

If it is tough, just slow down.

Slow running develops stamina.

It’s definitely a mind game as well as a physical one! Well done and keep it up 👍😁 Lets hope the Rugby is better than Sunday (presuming you’re supporting England) 🏉
