Canβt quite believe how close itβs getting to finishing the C25K programme...
My previous run was much more enjoyable - I decided to explore a different route down a different country road. I was distracted by my nosy ness which is always great, it was a tad hilly though which was a bit of a challenge.
Tonightβs run was a little tedious doing my usual route in the dark... but looking forwards to a Saturday morning run (forecast looks good, so may take myself off somewhere pretty)
Understanding the βtoxic10β has made the first 5-10 mins of the runs more bearable knowing this is just something that happens and will feel better shortly - makes the little demons making you want to stop easier to ignore!
Iβm pretty sure the stretching has eased the leg aching too! What a great bunch of people you all are with you fabulous advice!!!
Sorry for the willy shaped run again!! π₯΄
Happy running people ππ½ββοΈππ»

Haha (phallic run) βΊοΈ Iβm glad you feel better knowing about all these little gremlins that to get you, and you can now deal with them. Well done on this run - not long to go now ππ
I'm a great champion of this program, I really think its amazing. But I'm still not entirely convinced I could have completed it, without all the help on here.
Keep up the good work. Ever closer to that final run!
Iβm so impressed with the program, but I can 100% confidently say that I wouldβve given up weeks ago without the support and advice from this group!
