Hooray! I am so pleased that I managed without much trouble- was anticipating that it will be hard but proved myself wrong 😚😚. Looking forward to the last run of this week on Friday!!!

I completed W5R1 tonite. First run was rubbish as usual run 2 everything stared to come together and the last run was easy by comparison. When I think back to the first week and trying to run for 60 seconds I cannot believe the progress I've made. Hope you feel the same sense of accomplishment
