I had been feeling a bit nervous at the thought of a new week with longer runs which I think caused me to start out running a bit too quick. However once I slowed it down, I seemed to manage just fine. Felt a few twinges in my left knee though - not sure why and going to have to keep an eye on it.
Week 3 does feel noticeably shorter than week 2 though, which I wasn't expecting but it did make it feel a little easier!
