Second week of getting up at 5:30 am to go for a run, I am really starting to feel the benefits of exercising before work. The run felt good and I did feel that I could go for a little bit longer so looking forward to week 3.
Now that I have a gauge of how far I’m running I can plan some nice routes.
I wore different socks today and I was very shocked at the difference it made to my plodding.
I find myself looking forward to the next run.

I’ve just been wearing a pair of pink trainer socks from next, light, cotton, nice on your feet. But last night I put out a pair of Nike running socks I brought Yonks back, and they were just really nice to run in, my feet felt like they fit my trainers better. Very odd but I liked it
