How do you find the longer runs wenderwoo do you find them difficult or do you cope ok
Apart from being cautious with my Achilles I find them ok. I always have the toxic ten, which is actually more like toxic 6 or 7, and then seem to get into a rhythm, and just keep plodding on. I do go very slowly though - I canβt see the point of trying to speed up - that can come after completing the plan π
Ok thanks think I am worried I do myself a injury again so I go slow and I still get that toxic ten bloody horrible lol happy running π
