Wk 5 run 2 .. went a little wrong when second run was up a step hill .. so got back on flat and started app again so did 3 8 mins run in end .. happy ๐

Good run for you today Joo1, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5, just take that 20 minute run slow and steady, it is the most important run of C25K, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself and know that you will complete the course in about 4 weeks time. ๐ ๐๐พ
At some point, way down the line, youโll find interval runs much tougher than regular ones. Today you did 3x8 minutes of running... Iโd choose 20 over that every time!!
The brisk walk breaks are cardio... the session you did today was much longer... the session that was planned for today was also longer... only your mind sees the next run as harder, your body is ready... think positive, keep the pace down, and you can do it.
