I’m a newbie here and this is my first post.
I managed to complete week 5 run 3 today. A few weeks ago when I looked ahead to what awaited me, I must say I wasn’t that confident of being able to run for 20 minutes without stopping.
Two things though have given me some confidence in advance of doing the run.
1/ I have built more and more faith in the programme as I have gone though it week by week.
And
2/ the fantastic support of the good folks posting on here who have been through it before me and provide massive and further reassurance that it can be done. Thanks all for taking the time to provide that reassurance. I also appreciate people saying to be a little careful going in to the next week with the interval running resuming.
I’m just an averagely fit guy aged 54, but honestly feel so much better already following this programme. I’m determined to finish the C25K and we’ll see what happens from there. If I can do it, you can too 💪.
