Did my 20min run inside today and although not too painful at the time I have now noticed a lump above my heel. It’s above where my shoes touch so not too sure what it is???? Anyone any ideas as to what it might be?

It may be a callous, just a build up of skin on a pressure point, if so nothing to worry about, but I am no doctor, I would have a word with you doctor or NHS direct to make sure, I used to spend a lot of time on my feet at work and the constant moving would course a hard lump here and there on my feet, a good pumice sort them out. But check first!
