Sometimes the difficult runs are almost as satisfying as the easier/faster ones. Today's was hard work, right from the start- but I didn't stop till the 28 mins were up.
A few months ago I might have just given up, but not today 😁 And it's miles on the clock all the same, even if they're hard work and not particularly fast!

Well done on keeping going. Some runs are about sheer grit and determination and just putting one foot in front of each other. But the feeling when you’ve finished, even if at first it’s just relief 😂
It’s kinda hard to not love a tough run and the sense of achievement that comes when you complete it. Great job.
