Compared to Mondays run, that was tough 😓Virtually same pace but I struggled and couldn’t get to the ‘finish line’ quick enough so to speak. Monday I felt I could have carried on but not today🤨 I put it down to the fact that I wasn’t up fir it before I went out, head full of negative thoughts.
Hey Ho, I’ll just put this session behind me and start again Saturday 🤓
Happy running guys 🏃🏃♀️

Great attitude - put it all behind you and move on. Some runs are just like that, no rhyme nor reason (but sometimes when you analyse you can find a reason.)
You are in the "mind games" stage of the programme, where some mental stamina needs to be built. You CAN do this, just got to try and develop an almost arrogant amount of confidence.
😀 Or just fake it til you make it!
It's never a failure to take some runs more slowly if you are just not feeling it. That's what I do.
W7R2 was my nemesis too! But you finished and that's what counts - it didn't get the better of you. Well done, and I am sure that next time will be more enjoyable.
Oh Ted, I’m sorry to hear your run was a struggle today. It’s incredible how our mind impacts on our running ability.
I did my first post grad run last night... 36.25 minutes and I could have gone on and on (Forrest Gump eat your heart out) - such a stark contrast from the horror of Saturday’s run.
I’m sure Saturday’s run for you will also be completely different than today’s 😊
...and look where you are... now at the end of week 7..!! You are amazing 🤗
That was a excellent run last night, well done 🤓🏃♀️🏃♀️
A couple of days off will do me good I’m sure...here’s to a good one on Saturday 🏃🏃🏃......watch this space 😊x
You have exactly the right idea, sometime they don't go all nice and smooth, today mine was all lumpy... so we just rest up, and have another go. Happy running
Oh Ted, sorry you had a tough run last time. Don’t be too hard on yourself - you did it! Some days are better than others, so put it behind you (take your own good advice about PMA) and I just know you’ll smash run 3 tomorrow.
