Just done run 1 of week 2 and man it was hard! I'm really hoping I start to enjoy it as if goes on. I am determined to get to week 9!!!

If its feeling hard, slow right down. You want that sense of achievement and the thought that you had a little more to give. Happy running

No slow is too slow, sometimes its trying to do the slow down that's the problem 😉 happy running

I found W2R1 to be tough but the run 2 was better. You're getting stronger every run so it will get easier.

Hoping run 2 will be better...the last run did feel a bit easier...I've never ran in my entire life so think thats why I find it tough! Thanku!
