W4 run 2 βœ… half way there and looking forward to W5 and 3 x 5 minute runs, had to change times not not running with my wife much but we keep each other going if one runs before the other with post run photos (some red and sweaty ) her not me , πŸ˜‚ I am finding it hard to wait the in between day, I never thought I would feel like this at 55 and have tied it into dry January. Had to do my last run with our Golden Retriever and he only slowed me down a bit , registered for Parkrun in anticipation of March, for anyone starting W1 I truly never believed that my stamina would be so much better 4 weeks later , also lost 7lbs (still a stone or more to go ) keep it going and lighter evenings coming soon . Take care out there xx
