Great job getting the toughest run done. I nearly didn’t make it to the end of the first interval... still don’t know how I completed it. It remains the hardest run I’ve ever done. Be very proud of yourself... keep the legs moving tomorrow (don’t sit for too long at a time) and enjoy run 2.
