Well W5R2 all done. Felt heavy going for the first 4-5 mins but happy to report the second 8 mins was an absolute joy!!! Paced myself slower than previous and the time just past by, it seemed to click, my breathing, cadence, arms, everything just felt nice. I was strangely smiling like a Cheshire Cat.... Am I becoming a runner? W5R3 probably on Saturday and I’m treating myself to a new route, either my local forest or the coast path near Llanelli (flat and tarmac/gravel). No more local pavement this week😃😃😃🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🌲🌲
