Happy bunny today

4 weeks ago when I started my Asics plan, I set the pace on Runkeeper to 8.30 per KM. It seemed a bit ambitious for ole slowcoach here, but I thought it was achievable. Now I am going to have to set it again - today I averaged 7.28 per KM! Not so fast by most peoples standards I know, but I'm dead chuffed with the improvement in just 4 weeks.

Yes, something seems to have "clicked" finally. I've been using the + podcasts quite a lot, maybe that's why.

Wow what a fantastic improvement Curly, you must be doing something really right. Are you doing an Asics 10k plan? I've seen you mentioning the c25k+ podcasts before, I'm definitely going to give them a go if they produce results like that in just 4weeks! Wow again!

in reply toAncientMum

Yes I'm doing a 10K plan, just to give me some sort of discipline really. Loving it so far!
