Cant believe I’ve reached week 6

I’ve never been one for exercise but suddenly found myself without energy, putting on weight and feeling low. 6 weeks in and I cannot believe the change. I can’t weight for my running days and on Saturday jogged for 20 mins without stopping.if I can do this, anyone can. What a brilliant program.
