Well its the final run tonight, number 27, cannot believe I have got this far. This program really does work its unbelievable. It does require dedication but if you can stick with it you will make it to 30 mins of solid running.
Bottoms up everyone, I'm celebrating after this one!!

It was so tough, I ran with my brother who has already managed 5.5K in the first and 2nd runs of week 9 so he already knew he could do it. My brother said that he would run with me and try and keep me at a pace of 1k per 6 mins, I usually do 1k per 6-7 min but he was keeping me at a pace of 1k per 5-6, it was so much more difficult. I could have killed him at the time!! When I finally finished I felt really light headed but I guess looking back it was worth it as can now say we have both graduated and can achieve 5k in 30 mins!!
My brother is going to aim for 6k in 30 mins as his next target but I am just going to try and do 5K in 30 mins but hopefully alot more comfortably than last night!!
Good Luck to everybody else it is a great feeling to finally graduate so keep at it!!
