Think my knees are finally gaining some strength, feeling a lot better...and didn’t find the 3 mins run too problematic either. Happy 😊
Crazy when I think back to that first run 2 weeks ago when 1 minute was a real struggle.

Amazing isn't it I had some knee problems from around week 2 to week 4 and wore a brace for a while but after that they just got stronger and have not been a problem since.
The longer running sessions seem intimidating to most people until we actually do them, then we are all surprised at our ability. Trust the program and prepare to amaze yourself
I’m so happy, feels good. I’ve worn knee supports the last 2 runs and been doing strengthening exercises morning and night..I was a total non exerciser before so makes sense that I needed to build some strength...hope I’m not speaking too soon 🤞
I was a total non exerciser and a smoker and about 3 stone overweight, Other than the knees I've had no issues and found each week a challenge I was very happy to take on. I've been consolidating for a couple of weeks now and although I'm fairly slow I'm definitely improving. Best decision I have ever made for myself
You're doing great 😊
It's amazing how much you can progress, especially when you don't even think you can do the first run 🏃 😁
Good luck for R2 ☺ 🏃
Hi!
I’m at exactly the same place as you and having some knee issues too. I’ve been doing the knee strengthening exercises which seem to be helping.
Keep going!
Thats great! I honestly think I will have to do week 1 for a couple of weeks..I dont think I will ever do 3 minutes. Never mind 30..lol
