W3R1 - Oh, it's on!

So I woke at 6 and got myself on the treadmill. I was feeling happily apprehensive, because I couldn't help but feel a bit excited. When I finished it I knew that I definitely could have gone faster, I found it surprisingly easy. I wonder when this feeling of ease will fade? haha. Very nice run, felt it in my legs. The 3 minute run didn't feel like 3 minutes at all. Even though I can see the time on the screen I don't really notice it because my mind drifts off when I listen to music so that helped. The 3 minute break was nice! I'm looking forward to doing this run again, but faster and stronger!

Don't dread anything, it takes the smile off your face. Each week makes you fitter, and prepares you for the next time. Usual rules apply, slow,slow,slow slow slow. Plenty of hydration, tell any gremlins they are not welcome. You can do it.

Did it! Slowed it right down. You were. completely right - it was just the gremlins talking. It wasn’t a disaster. Thanks for the encouragement!
