I'm back from my two weeks holed up with my illness..whilst my chest was clearing I got out 3x last week for walks of increasing lengths and challenge. On Saturday I walked along a local ridge and back and knew I was ready to slot back in at the beginning of Week 6. Bit frustrating as 2 weeks ago I was 2/3 through. But it is what it is and I was very much helped by all your encouragement and the administrator telling me the C25k would be there waiting. I smashed it. See ...even after 2 weeks 'off' you don't slide backwards! Had to run with stopwatch as reception was faulty on headphones. Pity. But I followed it to the second. I'm back.
