Started back c25k after several weeks out and a few runs which I have struggled with but today little pain in my calf and ankle so decided to give it a go went back to week 4Run 3 because I been doing work on a bike for the last few weeks glad to say I done it ok Japanese slow running think itβs the way to go for me happy running everyone taking a few rest days and then go from there πββοΈπ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ

Hey! Great to see ur back at it... I had a wee niggle in my groin so took a week off but first run back went well today. Great u have been on the bike in the mean time. Hope the injury stays at bay for u but u will know yourself how much u can do. Onwards and upward ππΌ

Iβm just back from injury after 8 months ( still injured but much better ) started week 3, on week 6 this week ......feeling harder than before but excited to be back. Good luck.
