Stretch and go slow, i think most of us got aches and pains in the beginning and take 2 rest days if you need
I had minor knee problems at week 2 and bought a brace, I think by week 4 I didn’t need it anymore but it really helped. Aches are fine but if it is painful then be careful and rest up.
I completed w1 yesterday, so happy, I think the biggest challenge had already been beaten, the start of the journey, just think 8 weeks to 5k. We can and will do it!
