Brilliant, well done Circlethirty ...your knees are bound to ache a little, after all you’re making them do things they might not want to do! See how they feel after a good test for the day tomorrow

Well done 👍🏼 Make sure you’re stretching properly before and after your run to keep those injuries at bay.

Stretch and go slow, i think most of us got aches and pains in the beginning and take 2 rest days if you need

I had minor knee problems at week 2 and bought a brace, I think by week 4 I didn’t need it anymore but it really helped. Aches are fine but if it is painful then be careful and rest up.

I completed w1 yesterday, so happy, I think the biggest challenge had already been beaten, the start of the journey, just think 8 weeks to 5k. We can and will do it!

Well done! I had 2 rest days inbetween, but am course for week 1 3rd run on mon. I was feeling pretty unmotivated in general prior to starting this, but it's picking up! Thanks everyone :)

Do follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact.
