Just completed Wk6 R3

I can run for 25 minutes!

Would never have believed it. If you are just beginning this journey and thinking you’ll never do it, Keep Going!! Follow the plan to the letter. It works. I am 41 and never ran more than 5 minutes in my life, my legs could have done it but I would get so out of breath! Today I honestly could’ve kept going. Buzzing 🐝

Oh that’s brilliant! Well done - and just what I need to hear! I’m at the end of week 2 and struggled to complete after a tummy bug. But I did it! So nice to hear from someone further down the road x

Some runs are better than others but if you follow it it works, I re-run wk5 runs 1 & 2 as had a break when I was away skiing for a week. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant... loving the excitement in your post.

You're gonna really love the program even more from now on. No more interval running and it feels like freedom 🤣.

Fab! The hardest bit was the first few minutes getting a rhythm and then I was off! Yay! Thanks for the support

The first 5 to 10 mins are always the hardest. You'll notice that more now. But once you break through that barrier, you're good to go :-)

Congratulations and well done. Keep going you have this. Slow and steady and plenty of fluids. Good luck.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
