I have just completed W7R1 and it felt so good to complete it. I never thought I would be able to run for 25 minutes without stopping. Can’t wait to do W7R2 after my rest day 😁

I completed this run yesterday too. Actually can’t believe I can now run for 25 minutes without stopping either! I always said I couldn’t run for more than a minute without feeling sick 😁

I know it is a great feeling. I remember finding W1R1 so hard never thought I would get to this point. Congratulations to you too. Let’s keep going we can do this and before we know it we will be graduating. Enjoy your rest day 🤩
