Never thought I’d manage it but I got through Wk2. My knee is really sore (had a replacement ACL years ago and haven’t exercised since) but I run on paths and my style is probably a bit ropey. I’ve been reading other posts about running upright - is that the way to go as I think I bend forward a bit.

I'd go with whatever is comfortable for you. I do my own thing because whenever I start thinking something it all goes to pot. 😊
