Wk2 done and dusted

Never thought I’d manage it but I got through Wk2. My knee is really sore (had a replacement ACL years ago and haven’t exercised since) but I run on paths and my style is probably a bit ropey. I’ve been reading other posts about running upright - is that the way to go as I think I bend forward a bit.

The guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... includes advice on minimising impact and a link to an article about posture.
