Just started week 2 , managed to do it at Cobham services car park at 3.30am before work as this was where I was staying for the evening. Quite chuffed getting up an hour early to get motivated.

Thanks everyone. Completed week 3 now but struggling a bit . Should I do week 3 again or carry on plus I have a slight groin strain ?
