Hello

Last post was about the giant leap from 90sec to 3 mins, today ran w5r2 8mins x 2 and it was a cake walk. This program works and this forum really helps. You can do this ! I did! Next run is 20mins straight I cant wait x

feeling better than I have in years

Fab mindset Val183, that's the way to kick the butt of the next run. You're all ready for it, you've effectively already done it in a manner of speaking just not all in one go.

And Wk5R3 being kicked into touch is the greatest feeling in the programme.

Go for it!

Have one day off and the following day, get that 20 minute run of week 5 over and done with, just take it slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, go, go, goπŸƒπŸΎπŸ‘

I ran the 20 minutes after a days rest like it was a breeze, it felt so exhillarating. This morning w6r1 just as fun, but my pace is very slow - My mantra this week is endurance 1st then comes speed.
