I am so glad that I visited Up and Running and bought some Brooks running shoes. Spent twice as much as I ever have on trainers but it was worth it. They have a treadmill to check that you run correctly in the new shoes.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 2 in your new running shoes, I bet you felt much more comfortable running in them than your former trainers.

How do I upload a photo?

in reply toWoody_53

Hi Woody! When you write your posts before you send there is a part at the bottom of your post that says upload photo then you just go to your photo library or you can take a photo there and then and then send .

Hope this explains🤗🤗

It’s always a bit of a shock when we spend more than we’d planned to but when it comes to our feet I really think it’s worth it - you need happy feet when you’re running ! Enjoy those trainers!
