Carried out my first run ever today l really enjoyed it found it ever bit as challenging as long expected but felt very proud st the end ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

I too did my first run. I enjoyed it and actually ran a little more than expected but there are some quite steep hills around where I live so took it steady on the uphill sections. Looking forward to Wdnesdayโ€™s run.
