Just done my first run!! It's my first ever time running and I'm really over weight, so if I can do it anyone can. I found it extremely hard BUT I'm sooo glad I did it!!! I feel amazing now!!!

Well done, you have overcome the hardest hurdle - you've got off that couch and gone for a run. The rest of the programme won't be easy but it's all progressive steps, nothing as big as the one you've already taken.

Awesome - well done! That's an excellent start. I've come to love running since my first wobbly start when parts of my body I didn't even know existed ached! 🤣🤣🤣
