Hi from Switzerland
Last summer I had to stop running in week 5.
After long immobility after a severy spine surgery in my neck, I started again two days ago. Today I did W1R2...
The first weeks after the surgery I was nearly total immobile, then I started to walk slowly on my treadmill and outside - but a bronchtis came and I had to stop again :-(..
Now I am finally allowed to start running - carefully...
Unbelievable, I struggled in the cool down walk, but could do it "YES "
Maybe I should change my nickname to babysnale. As I have to take heart medicaments that stop my pulse to go fast, it is difficult, but possible to go on.
I want to thank all of you, and your good wishes in the past... I am on my way. Say good bye to my (meanwhile) 30 kg overweight and welcome a person an the way to a healthier life.
Wish you an sunny sunday.
P.
