Frosty Running

Dark and frosty morning earlier on.........pavements white and glistening......cars frosted up....house roofs and gardens white.....very picturesque ....but cutting my run short for safety reasons think perhaps I'll have to resort to treadmill if this weather continues !!!

I am delaying my run till lunchtime today in the hope that the frost will lift as I don’t like running when it’s icy. Well done on getting out there. I tried a treadmill but just didn’t enjoy it so decided to just go when I can.

The sun's out now making it a lovely day and the pavements have been gritted as well . Like yourself I'm really not keen on the treadmill and although I do prefer running as soon as I get up perhaps I'm going to have to decide to be patient and go later in the day.

I had a very good run although it was tough. Managed my 5k pb 😁. Hope you enjoyed your run.
