Run no 2 of week 2 completed ( this one on the tread mill ) and I’m happy to say my knees are still intact and my foot is fine .. phew.. slightly sore hips tho so I’ve been using a roller on my IT band and doing some glute exercises hopefully that’ll help .. be back to running a PR by summer I hope 🤞 One happy camper here 🤗
