W1R3 complete! Amazing how different it feels just from run 1! On to week 2 on Saturday (next free day to run) a bit nervous but up for the challenge! How did everyone else feel moving from week 1 to week 2? X

Week 2 is miles better because you only have to run 6 times instead of 8 😄

And you get longer walks between the runs. It’s all good really 😂

Great stuff. I do wk1 run 3 tomorrow. Hopefully the wind will die down by then.
