Well done! That’s first one done, just take it step by step and only do the second one after a rest day or two. I definitely found the advice to slow down very helpful - it doesn’t matter how slow you go.
Amazing, well done you! Day 2 will feel better, honestly. I actually slowed my pace after some advice on here and today was much better. Just being out there moving is the aim, not speed. Just keep telling yourself that!!

Don't let that Couch win! Go slower and repeat runs or weeks until you feel more comfortable - I don't know how to do the link, but look at the HUnlocked guide which is essential reading. It will get a bit easier!!
