Still sore from the first run but got through it. This one was a bit easier than the first.

Looking forward to run 3 now..!!

Thanks. I am running on grass which seems to be working for me. Less impact on the old football injuries.

Very sensible. Softer surfaces reduce impact so you’re less likely to get stress injuries. All the best with it 😀

Well done. Yeah, that first run really is the hardest.

By the time you finish run 3, you'll probably feel a noticeable difference in your recovery time.
