No there isn't a Couch to 10K app such as the C25K one, however, there are podcasts or the Ju-Ju 10K Magic forum where you gradually increase your running distance, eventually getting to 10K.
Hello Morning sunshine. Well done for being almost there. I have found Nike Running Club app is a good tool to use after completing C25K. There are lots of different types of runs to suit every mood and distance. Also as already mentioned Ju Juβs. A new bridge to 10K starts end of January with Ju Ju. Good luck and enjoy. Donβt push yourself too far too fast. Remember itβs all just for fun. π
Hi morningsunshine don't forget to do 2-3 weeks of consolidation runs before you increase your running load.
Your body has been through a lot of change in the last few weeks and is best to give it a chance to settle down before heading for 10k. This helps reduce the risk of injury
Another option could be Runkeeper app - easy to use and track all your runs plus has some training programmes. Haven't use programmes do can't comment how good these are.
Another option is Garmin app which can be downloaded and links in with garmin watch. I'm starting 10k training with garmin coach now and it looks fantastic with extra info and short videos. Also connects with the watch and vibrates when to run, how fast, etc. So you see everything in real time on your watch
