I have just completed week 4 (although I may need another go at the last week as I found 5 minutes running a challenge!). I still worry about whether I am 'jogging' fast enough...how do you know? I take Laura's advice in a 'gentle jog' but think a fast walker would probably overtake me! Any words of wisdom would be appreciated

If you are moving you are going fast enough. Finish each run with enough fuel in the tank to want to go out again. Happy running

Comfy pace...conversational pace...something left in the tank and enjoying it.
Well done you!
Thank you! Having never done any running or jogging before C25K I wanted to be sure I was doing the right thing
Totally agree itโs about moving not about how fast. When I see the finish line I will try to quicken the pace for the last minute or so. Forcing myself to keep going. You will find yourself getting faster each run. A steady pace is what you need though.

Iโve nothing to add to whatโs already been said, except well done ๐๐

If you are going too fast you wonโt be able to finish the time of running there is no too slow
A fast walker could probably overtake us but after months of running slow we can now run faster for longer periods to overtake fast walkers without straining ourselves

Go gently and slowly. I'm pretty slow - just doing about 3 and a half k in 25 minutes. Little steps...

Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
You are lapping everyone on the sofa. Keep up the good work. If you have to repeat a run then do it, it all counts.

You're doing great. The difference between walking and running isn't speed, it's the action of having both feet off the ground at the same time. If you're doing that, you're running. ๐
