Well I was dreading WK4 run 3 as I have found the 5 min runs a challenge...but full of determination I got myself ready for action and then it opened the heavens! Forecast doesn't look good but fingers crossed there will be a break in the rain later this afternoon....might give some one of the workouts on the NHS choices website to keep me active

Great plan! I’ve joined a gym (which I hate!) but plan to go there on rainy days! Or do a little home workout on rest days/rainy days. Good luck and hope the rain holds off for you later!
Thank you...well I managed to avoid getting drenched but still find the 5 minute run (well I think mine today was more like a shuffle!) a challenge and nearly gave up. I should be moving to week 5 for my next run but think I need to re-do the last week 4 as I'm not sure I am ready for the next level...hopefully after the next run I will feel ready to move on to week 5
Give it a try, running in the rain you might like it. 😊
...well I decided to do just that...although I'm sure it's not the 'done thing' to do C25K wearing a coat! I'm sure I gave a few passers by a laugh anyway...and I did manage to complete the run...well just!
