Hi all, first post!

I’m up to week 4 run 2 and quite enjoying it and honestly so surprised and proud of myself!

Anyway, I’ve noticed the past couple of runs during the cool down walk my right foot arch gets a slight pain which I can beat describe as a tearing pain? I’m totally fine during and after it’s just the cool down walk it seems to happen.

Anyone else had this or similar? I was thinking i just need more arch support, any recommendations?

Thanks 😄

Welcome to the gang!

You're doing do well. Good stuff.

I'm sure someone here can help with the question about your foot. It sounds similar but not the same as my wife has, so I wouldn't like to comment.

Keep up the good work though!
