I completed W9R2 today!! And that means - no, I shan’t say it...
Another point, I usually drive for my runs to the local town and to a flat circuit. With the recent talk of hills (you know who you are -runningmigster) I thought ditch the drive and go from home. I live on a hill and surrounded by hilly roads. Did feel anxious but kept it slow and..... I’m alive!!! Thought I’d end up backside up, face down in a ditch. And feeling super chuffed with myself. Face was full glory 🍅🍅.

I'm the opposite, I have to drive to get to a hill. I have started introducing them one run in three. I'm sure they're doing me good but I haven't noticed them getting any easier.
