It’s been a while, in fact my last run was w6r3 on 7th of December and I was flying.
I got the flu and then tonsillitis which wiped me out for a good couple of weeks, then Xmas happened. I’m back fit and well now and back out in the morning, I was gonna just pick up from where I left, but you guys know best, what do you think?

Hey there! I’m glad ur feeling fit and healthy again. For me personally I’d probably repeat week 6 since it’s been longer than a fortnight but u know ur own capabilities better than me so see how u feel. Good luck though and keep us posted 👍🏼
Hey! You could try restarting week 6 and if it’s too hard, go back further. I missed 3 weeks of running in November and after not being able to complete a run from week 6, I went back to week 4. Now I’m week 8 🎉 see how you feel!
