Go for it! Remember slow and steady and make sure you take your rest days. There are enough of us on here who really were couch potatoes who have graduated and are proof it works. Good luck and tell us how you got on

It took me 3 weeks to pluck up the courage to get out there after down loading the Podcasts. What a waste of valuable time, but there again it took me 45 years after leaving school to run again. So I suppose on the great scheme of things 3 weeks was not that long!! Good luck and enjoy
Well done on your decision to get started. You are right - the only way is just to get out there and give it a try. Slow and steady and you will be fine. Good luck with your first run. Best wishes.

Good luck! For my first run, I slept in the clothes the night before, so seemed more trouble to changing than to just do it. But I felt so excited when I finished. Not so much that I had run a bit. More so that I was embarking on a process that could be never ending - I could actually be a 'runner'. I'm only on week 2, but I'm confident this program will work if you stick with it.
