Oh Ali thanks for that! You are so thoughtful. I have had three weeks of coughing and spluttering which stopped my training in it's tracks and then this week,toothache from hell! I'm hardly ever unwell so have been right miffed. Anyway am dosing myself up ready for tomorrow and hope that I can get round. Will post and let you know x
