So set off rather reluctantly into wind and music seemed slow ( note to self - pick a faster Spotify mix😬). Sort of ignored it and just ran.
Middle section was hard and I did a lot of teeth gritting but thought soon I’ll turn with wind behind me for last portion.
Nooo.. that wind just seemed to head into me regardless! No matter - the last leg was carefree probably because I could see home in the distance and lunch beckoned.
So another 28 mins done and foot tendon was fine. Only 4 more runs now so fingers crossed 🤞😬

Lol🤣. That’s what I kept thinking but then thought of you and your hills and decided I would rather wind than hills! The most incline I do is 3m!!! Got to stay strong 😁. Husband thinks I’m batty out in this wind 💨
Oh those hills. I am resigned to the fact that the only way I can do a 'flat' run, is get in my car and drive somewhere else. And I draw the line at driving somewhere to go running 😆
