Good for you! The first step is always tough. Even now I can find excuses to not go running, but know that as soon as the front door closes behind me, itβll be fab. Iβm sure everyone has given you the lowdown on the C25K plan, but thereβs only really 2 things you need to know.
It works.
You can do it, at your pace and in your time.
