I’m back after 2 months of no running

I’ve been totally bone idle for 2 months. I got to W9R1 and stopped. Well this morning I put on W9R2 to challenge me and see how far I could get. The bad news is I didn’t manage 30 minutes but the good news is I did 20 minutes. So for that, I’m patting myself on the back. I thoroughly enjoy the run. I’m so glad I got back out there again.

May I take this chance to wish you all a very Happy New Year 🎉🍾🥂

It was very tough. In my head I could run but my legs didn’t want to carry me for 30 minutes lolx

Well done for getting back out there. 20 minutes is a brilliant time after 2 months off, you should feel very proud!

Happy new year 🎉

Welcome back!

That's a really good effort for your first run in two months. And great that you enjoyed it.

You know where to start again in the program now and that means, you know that graduation isnt far away either!

Keep it up and let us know how you get on!
