I have taken on more water over the last couple of days. And I took this run a bit more slowly than the last one and I completed it ok. So one last run at this level before moving on to week 5. But that will be next year now.

Good work!

Slow and steady wins the day. I dont find it easy drinking so much water, but keeping hydrated really makes a difference!
